Dragon Carrots
These Dragon Carrots have a wonderful flavor! We picked enough to enjoy them for dinner. Simply slice and saute in olive oil with onions, garlic, fresh picked parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper!
The remaining carrots were blanched and quickly frozen in zip lock baggies.

Those look yummy. Do they taste like orange carrots?
Hello Megan! They are not as sweet as "orange" carrots, maybe a light spicy taste to them. They were wonderful sauteed.and would be great in soups!
