GENEVA – Though Saturday was cold and dreary, intrepid cash mob shoppers turned out to support the Pure Gardener in downtown Geneva. Read full Kane County Chronicle article.

The PURE Gardener was chosen to be the location for the first Cash Mob in downtown Geneva by Retail Minded. Although the day was cold and windy the rain that was predicted was a no show! We were happy to see so many customers, volunteers, and staff brave the cold with smiles on their faces!  Community support is essential for independently owned businesses in this economy. We learned that many of us live just blocks apart from each other in downtown Geneva, IL and near surrounding communities. Our children attend the same schools. We popped fresh popcorn, ordered Moranos Pizza, and enjoyed the day. We look forward to the next Cash Mob and plan on attending to support our fellow businesses!
