Edible Gardens in Downtown Geneva

In this container: bib lettuce, speckled lettuce, red lettuce, romaine lettuce, edible kale, mustard, Swiss chard, onions, thyme, lemon thyme, marjoram, pansies, mescalin mix, & oregano.

I planted these little whiskey barrel edible gardens in March right on Rt. 38 better known as State St. in downtown Geneva, IL. They have been snowed on, braved freezing temperatures and even small hail. But, as one can see, they are quite happy and thriving.

Thank you, I am ready to harvest some and add possibly an eggplant. I think that would be an excellent addition :-)
