Kellogg's -is using Monsanto's Sugar from GMO Sugar Beets

Kellogg's is using sugar from Monsanto's genetically altered sugar beets and says that consumer's don't mind! GE sugar from sugar beets was scheduled to hit the stores this year 2008. The beets are genetically modified to resist huge amounts of the controversial herbicide Roundup. Candy companies like Hershey's are urging farmer's not to plant GE beets.
