I have picked green tomatoes and cleaned them and they are ready to be made into tasty fried green tomatoes. This is a real southern treat that I just love to make! The family loves them too.
Most of my recipes aren't exact measurements! Use as many tomatoes that you want and enough eggs, flour and corn meal to coat. Use salt and pepper to taste.

Slice tomatoes about 1/4 inch think
Dip into eggs and let excess drip off
Coat with mix of flour, corn meal, salt & pepper
Fry in your choice of oil about 3 minuts on each side
Eat hot (but be careful not to burn yourself) with salt and pepper to taste. I also like to eat them cold
